ABOUT ELEVNEST
Elevnest is an independent creative brand offering Custom Creations, Curated Finds, Monthly Drops, personalized goods, apparel, gifts, accessories, artwork, and other products.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are displayed at checkout and may change without notice.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed unless otherwise stated.
CUSTOM CREATIONS
Custom Creations may include personalized, engraved, printed, embroidered, sewn, laser-cut, or otherwise customized products.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization information, including names, dates, wording, spelling, images, dimensions, colors, and other requested details.
Please carefully review all information submitted with your order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Because personalized products are made specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order.
DESIGNS AND CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED CONTENT
When submitting an image, logo, artwork, text, photograph, or other material for customization, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material for the requested purpose.
Elevnest reserves the right to decline customization requests that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or the intellectual property rights of another person or organization.
CURATED FINDS
Curated Finds are products selected by Elevnest that may be produced or fulfilled by Elevnest or third-party suppliers.
Availability, processing times, packaging, and shipping times may vary by product.
MONTHLY DROPS
Monthly Drops may include limited-edition, seasonal, experimental, or small-batch releases.
Availability is not guaranteed, and sold-out products may not be restocked.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE
We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, materials, manufacturing processes, engraving characteristics, printing, embroidery, or the natural variations found in materials such as wood and leather.
HANDMADE AND CUSTOM VARIATIONS
Custom and handcrafted products may contain minor variations. These differences are part of the production process and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing time and shipping time are separate.
Custom Creations may require additional production time before shipment.
Estimated delivery dates are estimates and are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, and other circumstances outside Elevnest's reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by the Elevnest Return Policy.
Custom or personalized products may have additional restrictions because they are produced specifically for the customer.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, original Elevnest branding, artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, written content, and other original materials are owned by Elevnest or used with appropriate permission.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization.
WEBSITE USE
You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or use the website for unlawful purposes.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elevnest will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer protection law.
