WHAT IS ELEVNEST?

Elevnest is a Bay Area-inspired creative shop bringing together original Custom Creations, handpicked Curated Finds, and limited Monthly Drops.

Some products are designed or customized by Elevnest. Others are carefully selected because they fit our style, quality, and vision.

WHAT ARE CUSTOM CREATIONS?

Custom Creations are products designed, personalized, or produced specifically by Elevnest.

Depending on the product, this may include engraving, printing, stickers and decals, embroidery, apparel, accessories, artwork, personalized gifts, and other creative projects.

As our capabilities grow, so will the Custom Creations collection.

CAN I PERSONALIZE A PRODUCT?

If personalization is available, the product page will provide the available options and instructions.

Depending on the item, you may be able to customize names, text, artwork, colors, images, designs, or other details.

Please carefully review all information before submitting your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

CAN I REQUEST SOMETHING THAT ISN’T LISTED?

Absolutely. We’re always interested in new ideas.

If you have a custom project in mind that isn’t currently listed, contact Elevnest with a description of what you’re looking for.

Custom requests are reviewed individually based on design requirements, materials, equipment capabilities, production time, and availability.

WHAT ARE CURATED FINDS?

Curated Finds are products handpicked by Elevnest that we think are useful, interesting, creative, or worth discovering.

These products are not necessarily manufactured by Elevnest and may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers.

We intentionally keep this collection selective rather than filling the store with hundreds of random products.

WHAT ARE MONTHLY DROPS?

Monthly Drops are rotating releases featuring new designs, limited products, collaborations, seasonal items, experiments, and other special releases.

Some drops may be available only for a limited time or in limited quantities.

HOW LONG DO CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE?

Production time varies depending on the product, customization, complexity, materials, and current order volume.

When possible, estimated processing times will be listed on the product page.

Remember that production time and shipping time are separate.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Shipping times vary depending on the product, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.

Custom Creations may require production time before shipment, while some Curated Finds may ship from different fulfillment locations.

Tracking information will be provided when available.

CAN PRODUCTS FROM THE SAME ORDER ARRIVE SEPARATELY?

Yes.

If your order contains products fulfilled from different locations, such as a Custom Creation and a Curated Find, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

You may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once tracking becomes available, you’ll receive shipping information by email.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

Eligible non-custom products may generally be returned according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must meet the applicable return requirements.

CAN I RETURN A PERSONALIZED PRODUCT?

Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned because of a change of mind or customer-submitted personalization error.

If Elevnest makes a production error or your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we’ll review the issue.

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Contact Elevnest promptly through our Contact page.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Please keep the original packaging while we review the issue.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Contact us as soon as possible.

For standard products, we’ll try to make the requested change before fulfillment begins.

Custom Creations may enter production quickly. Once design or production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

WHY DOES MY CUSTOM PRODUCT LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM THE PHOTO?

Materials and production processes naturally create some variation.

Wood grain, leather texture, engraving, printing, embroidery, stitching, positioning, and colors may vary slightly from one item to another.

Those small differences can be part of what makes a custom product unique.

DO YOU WORK WITH CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED DESIGNS OR LOGOS?

Depending on the project, yes.

Customers submitting artwork, logos, photographs, text, or other content must have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.

Elevnest may decline projects that appear to violate applicable laws or another party’s intellectual property rights.

DO YOU OFFER BULK OR BUSINESS ORDERS?

Depending on the product and quantity, we may be able to accommodate bulk, event, organization, team, or business orders.

Contact Elevnest with the product, estimated quantity, customization requirements, and desired timeline so we can review the project.
